About Practitioner
After winning the President's Award in physics at the University of Oregon in 2005, Kelly-Lynn Everfree switched subject areas to study neurocognitive development. To her, working with children while investigating neural connections of the developing brain offered a greater sense of life satisfaction.
Kelly-Lynn now holds an MA Ed. specializing in a multi-sensory approach to special education in literacy and mathematics. She has worked in various schools, youth programs and learning centres, including as the site director of REACH Learning Centre in North Vancouver for three years.
Kelly-Lynn's interest in learning differences stems from her experience as a person with dyslexia herself, a mother of a dyslexic son, and an advocate for differently-abled children. She is happy to work with children and adults in-person or online.
